Playing in the Central Division of the National League based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Milwaukee Brewers became part of the American League from their creation as an expansion club in 1969 up to the 1997 season after they had decided to switch to the National League. Originally known as the Seattle Pilots, the team is now called as The Beermakers, The Brew Crew or simply The Crew. They had once won in the American League East Division and had gained one American League pennant. Among the team’s popular players are Robin Yount, Prince Fielder and Jeff Suppan.

During the 1978 season, the team had won 93 amazing games and had finished behind the well known playing teams New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. The Brewers had also incredibly won the second half of the 1981 season and in the following year they won the American League pennant. In the 1980s, the Brewers had produced three league Most Valuable Players and two Cy Young Award winners. Yount is among the strongest player in the team who had amazingly won the Most Valuable Player award at two different positions.

Mark Attanasio became the team’s owner in 2005 and under his ownership the team had finished 81-81 record. The team however had a poor performance in the 2006 season as their starters JJ Hardy, Rickie Weeks and Corey Koskie were injured. During the 2007 season, the Brewers had the best record in the sport for the very first time since their accomplishment in the year 1987.

The team’s Robin Yount photo mint with 24KT gold coins, framed dynasty collage, jersey, and dirt coin can be collected. People often mistook the team’s name as Milwakee Breweers, Milwaukie Brawers, Milwaokee Brewirs, Melwaukee Brewers, and Mailwaukee Browers.
