A former pitcher for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers, Sandy Koufax was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 30, 1935. He was highly regarded as left-handed with outstanding performances on field in every game. He devoted his whole career duration with the Dodgers from the year 1955 up to 1966. Even at an early age, he was already known for such a sports enthusiast. He had joined various sporting events other than baseball such as basketball.
