Also known as “The Godzilla”, Hideki Matsui was born in Negari, Ishikawa, Japan on June 12, 1974. He had played previously in the Japanese Major League before venturing into the major league baseball. He is currently playing for the New York Yankees. Among the other teams he had already been with include the Yomiuri Giants from the year 1993 up to 2002.
Hideki Matsui made his debut in the major league on March 31, 2003 with the Yankees. Until then, he has been giving several wins as well as honors to the said team.
