Baseball Hall of Fame recipient, Brooks Robinson, was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 18, 1937. A third baseman, Robinson spent all of his 23 years in baseball with the Baltimore Orioles.
Robinson had his Major League debut on September 17, 1955. He immediately became known for his fielding ability. In his 23 years of baseball, Robinson amassed a .267 batting average that included 2,848 hits, 268 home runs, and 1,357 RBIs.
