Hank Aaron is synonymous with home runs but there was much more to Hammerin' Hank than his 755 roundtrippers. At one time he held the all-time marks for most games and at-bats is still the lifetime leader in total bases and RBI and his batting average over 23 seasons was .305 -- indications of the all-around ability of this quiet man from Mobile. The National League MVP in 1957 he appeared in a record 24 All-Star contests with the Braves (Milwaukee and Atlanta) and Brewers.
