In the third inning of Game 1 in the 2006 World Series, Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols stepped to the plate with a man on and his team clinging to a 2-1 lead over the Tigers. Detroit's Justin Verlander then served up a meatball to Pujols who quickly deposited it into the right-field bleachers for a two-run bomb. The Cards went on to post a 7-2 victory and won the Fall Classic in five games. Pay tribute to Albert's historic blast from Game 1 by ordering this autographed 16'' x 20'' photo which shows Pujols crossing home plate and pointing skyward following his home run trot. The framed keepsake, which measures 22'' wide x 26'' high, includes the inscription "WS 06" by Albert and is guaranteed through Upper Deck Authenticated's patented five-step authentication process. Limited to 55.
